Excellent location, near bus terminal and hop on hop off tours. Front desk staff, especially Juan and Laura, were accommodating and professional. Delicious and varied breakfast options, with personalized omelettes available. Rooftop pool with stunning views, comfortable beds and clean rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern hotel near the central bus station. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and major attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a great view from the rooftop pool. The breakfast provided excellent service and a wide selection of delicious food. a great choice for our trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect – right across from the bus station and within easy walking distance to the city center. We also loved being near the river. The service was outstanding – we had access to room service, car hire, dry cleaning, 24-hour service, and tours/ticket assistance. The room itself was amazing – it had everything we needed from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. We especially loved the soundproofed rooms.

During our New Year's stay, we were impressed with the hotel's comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The staff provided really good service, offering rental cables for forgotten phone chargers and even providing us with a selection of tea when we wanted something to help with digestion. The hotel's location was also a major advantage, being close to the main parts of town and across the road from the airport express shuttle stop.

The lack of a proper restaurant, with only a bar area serving a limited menu. some rooms, particularly those located at the end of the corridor, had constant background noise from ventilation fans.

The location of this hotel is perfect for me, as it is close to the center, hop on hop off bus stop, and the river. It made it so easy to explore the major tourist spots in this city.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with the Old Town just a short walk away. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a lovely walk-in shower. The gym and roof terrace with a pool were a nice bonus, providing a great place to relax and exercise. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
